Lag Solution!
I solved the problem I have been having with the Interviews.
The problem with the interviews was, I could never upload any new Interviews because it took so long to load (I'm Talking 1 Hour per Interview).
But i Fixed it.
I relaized i could just make a new page under Interviews and call it Interviews, Page 2.
This will reduce Lag big time so now i can get like 4 or 5 interviews a day again!
