first go to google images and search whatever you wanna make a decal. say i search lolcats. then once you found the picture you like, right click the picture and press " save image as " and choose the folder you want the picture in! after that you go to your roblox home page and go to t shirts or decals (i'll use decals if thats ok) then on the top of the box in there click create and click the browse button then go to recent and click the one at the bottom! its that simple! (ok maybe not so simple but still it works) hope this helps! ^_^
